Gotri is a rapidly developing residential area on Vadodara's western side, along the Gotri Road corridor. SSG Hospital and the Government Medical College are key demand drivers for PGs here, bringing in a steady stream of medical students, residents, and hospital staff. The area has newer construction, wider roads, and a growing number of shops and eateries. Compared to the older city centre, Gotri provides a more modern living experience at moderate rents.

Ajwa Road is a western development corridor in Vadodara, leading towards the Ajwa reservoir and dam. It has newer residential projects and is a growing alternative to the congested city centre for both buyers and renters. It draws PG demand from workers and engineers posted at nearby factories, plants, and the ONGC campus. The area is also home to some colleges and training institutes. Rents are low-cost with meals-included PGs common near the industrial zones. For those working in south Vadodara's manufacturing belt, Manjalpur offers the shortest possible commute.

Sama is a residential area in eastern Vadodara, home to the Sama Sports Complex and several schools. It has a settled residential character with parks, neighbourhood markets, and a family-friendly atmosphere. PG demand is steady from students and working professionals who value the area's quiet, organised setting. Rents are moderate, and the area is well linked to both the railway station and the Harni airport side, offering versatile transport links.
