Hostel360 was founded to establish an open, trustworthy, and transparent directory for hostel and Paying Guest (PG) living. We eliminate intermediaries by publishing direct owner contacts (phone and WhatsApp), genuine monthly pricing ranges, verified amenity checklists, and clear locality insights—ensuring zero brokerage fees and zero booking commissions for residents.
Starting our operations in Jaipur, Rajasthan, we have systematically expanded coverage to over 28 tier-1 and tier-2 educational hubs across India, including Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kota, Ahmedabad, and beyond. How we verify listings
Every hostel on Hostel360 goes through a multi-step verification process before it appears on the platform. We don't scrape data from other sites or accept unverified bulk uploads.
Owner Identity Check
We verify the hostel owner or manager's identity through phone and WhatsApp. We confirm they operate the property and have authority to list it.
Photo & Amenity Verification
Listing photos are reviewed for accuracy. We cross-check amenities (Wi-Fi, meals, laundry, AC) against what the hostel actually provides. Misleading photos are flagged and replaced.
Pricing & Policy Review
We verify that listed prices match what residents actually pay. Hidden charges, deposit conditions, and refund policies are documented upfront so students know the full cost before visiting.
Regular Re-Verification
Listings are re-checked periodically. If a hostel closes, changes ownership, or modifies its pricing, we update or remove the listing. Student feedback and complaints trigger immediate review.
