1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hostel360 (hostel360.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, hostel owners, and anyone who accesses the website.

2. About the Platform

Hostel360 is an online directory that lists hostels and paying guest (PG) accommodations across India. We provide a platform for hostel seekers to discover and contact hostel owners directly. Important clarifications:

  • Hostel360 is a listing directory, not a booking platform. We do not process reservations, bookings, or payments between users and hostel owners.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any listed hostel or PG accommodation. Listings are based on information provided by hostel owners.
  • All arrangements, negotiations, and transactions between users and hostel owners are solely between those parties. Hostel360 is not a party to any agreement between a user and a hostel owner.

3. User Accounts

Some features of Hostel360 require account registration (primarily for hostel owners and managers). If you create an account:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Hostel Listings

Hostel owners who list their properties on Hostel360 agree to the following:

  • All listing information (prices, amenities, photos, address) must be accurate and up to date
  • Misleading or false information in listings is prohibited and may result in removal
  • Hostel owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and compliance with local laws and regulations
  • We reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse any listing at our discretion
  • Photos must be of the actual property — stock photos or images of other properties are not permitted

5. User Conduct

When using Hostel360, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or spam inquiries to hostel owners
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or harvest data from the website without permission
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Post reviews that are fake, defamatory, or intended to harm a hostel's reputation

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings for hostels they have personally stayed at. By submitting a review, you confirm that:

  • Your review is based on a genuine stay at the hostel
  • The content is truthful and reflects your honest experience
  • You grant Hostel360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your review on the platform

We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fake, abusive, contain personal attacks, or violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Hostel360 name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of Hostel360. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent. Hostel listing content (descriptions, photos) remains the property of the respective hostel owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Hostel360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or personal injury
  • We are not responsible for disputes between users and hostel owners, including issues related to accommodation quality, payments, refunds, or personal safety
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostel360, its team, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Hostel360 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Hostel360 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
