About the area
CIDCO is a planned township on Nashik's eastern side, developed by the Maharashtra housing authority. It has wide roads, organized residential blocks, and closeness to the Nashik-Pune highway. The area attracts working professionals commuting to Ambad and Satpur industrial zones. PGs here are more spacious than those in the older city, and the facilities is relatively modern, with newer buildings, parks, and shopping complexes.
