Cheranalloor is a residential zone between Palarivattom and Kakkanad, serving as a quieter option for IT professionals who want to avoid Kakkanad's construction-zone congestion. PG choices are growing alongside residential development in the area. It is well-placed for commuters on the Edappally–Kakkanad stretch and gives you a residential setting with local markets and services, at rents slightly below the Kakkanad average.
