Pahal is a semi-urban area on the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack highway, offering some of the most low-cost rents for those who commute between the two cities or work at businesses along the highway corridor. The area is developing but still lacks the convenience and amenities of central Bhubaneswar. PGs are basic and serve budget-conscious workers and students who can manage with minimal local facilities.
