About Khatipura
Khatipura is a primarily residential belt in north-west Jaipur, connected to Vaishali Nagar by Hanuman Nagar Extension Road and to the northern suburbs by Sirsi Road. It is made up of housing societies, neighbourhood schools and small markets rather than commercial strips, which keeps it quieter and cheaper than Vaishali Nagar next door. Sirsi Road links onward to NH-48 for Delhi and NH-52 for Jodhpur. PG rents here are among the tighter bands in the city, roughly ₹4,500 to ₹8,000 a month.
